500+ builds and counting.

Every case and bag here was made to order for a specific piece of equipment. Scroll through and count how many of them aren’t speakers.

Case studies

Three problems. Three builds.

Case study: Rental fleet consistency

Case study 01

Rental fleet consistency

The challenge

They were running eight mixed cases bought over several years from different suppliers. Nothing stacked cleanly, trailer space was wasted and cases shifted in transit. Two had failed hardware; one had foam that no longer matched the gear inside it.

What we built

A matched set of eight rack and mixer cases to a single specification — 9 mm hexaboard, common hardware and stacking dishes to one footprint, colour-coded by system and labelled per unit. Two existing cases were refurbished rather than replaced.

The challenge

Equipment shared across a main hall and monthly outreach events, moved by whoever was available. Cabinets were picking up scuffs and grille damage, and the mixer had been knocked in transit. Fixed annual budget, no full-time technical staff.

What we built

Fitted padded covers for three tops and two subs, with handle and pole-cup openings so they stay on during use — plus a padded case for the mixer with cut-to-shape foam.

Case study 03

Mobile DJ, weight-constrained

The challenge

Loading alone into a vehicle, often up stairs. The existing hard case protected well but was heavy enough that it got left behind on smaller gigs — so the controller travelled unprotected on the back seat.

What we built

A lighter-panel case sized to the model, with a laptop compartment, a cable pocket and a shoulder strap, plus a cable bag with a reinforced base.

Send us the dimensions. We’ll do the rest.

Most quotes go out the same day. WhatsApp us a photo of your gear, or fill in the quote form — either way, you talk to the person who builds it.
