A photo with a tape measure in it works. A CAD file works. Bringing the item in works best.

A fixed price, agreed before anything is cut.

Built by hand, test-fitted, then collected or couriered anywhere in South Africa.
Production runs
Need twenty of the same case? Or a hundred bags?
We do repeat runs at volume pricing, with a consistent specification across the batch and your branding applied — ideal for product packaging, rental fleets and field kits.
We keep every specification on file, so a repeat order months later comes out identical to the first.

FAQ
Questions we get asked
Is there anything you won’t build a case for?
Very little. The practical limits are size — something that won’t fit through the workshop door or onto a courier’s vehicle needs a different conversation — and anything requiring formal certification we can’t provide. Ask us. We’d rather tell you honestly than have you assume the answer is no.
I don’t have technical drawings. Is a photo enough?
Yes. A photo with a tape measure in the frame, shot from the front, side and top, gives us most of what we need. A CAD file is quicker if you have one. Bringing the item in is best of all — we measure it ourselves and the guesswork disappears.
What if it’s fragile, oddly shaped, or comes apart?
Those are the interesting jobs. Cut-to-shape foam holds irregular shapes without pressure points, and divider systems let one case carry several components with nothing touching. Tell us how it comes apart and we’ll build around that.
Can you build one now and more later?
Yes. We keep the specification on file, so a repeat order comes out identical. If you’re likely to need a batch, say so at the quote stage — volume pricing applies to repeat runs.
How much does a one-off cost compared to a standard case?
Less than people expect. Everything we build is made to order anyway, so a “custom” item isn’t a special process — it’s the normal one. Price comes down to size, materials and hardware, not to how unusual the thing is.
